Product Overview

Soursop leaves are the oval, leathery leaves of the soursop tree, Annona muricata. This product is the leaf in dehydrated form: flat or slightly curled leaves, dull green to olive in colour, with a mild herbal smell. The listed ingredient is soursop only. The leaves are traditionally prepared as a herbal drink in Sri Lanka by steeping them in hot water. The origin is listed as Sri Lanka. Tea packers and herbal brands buy dried soursop leaves for loose-leaf packs, tea bags and herbal blends. Rules on how botanical ingredients may be sold and labelled differ by country, so buyers should check the requirements of their own market. The packaging list covers 20g to 100g stand-up pouches, foil-lined sachets, vacuum-sealed bags, tea bag boxes, kraft paper canisters, glass jars and bulk HDPE bags. Private label packing is listed as available. Say whether you need whole leaves, cut leaves or a tea-bag cut.
