Price on request: prices depend on grade, quantity, packaging and destination. Every order starts with a written quotation. These are the steps from your first message to shipment.
Choose your products
Browse the catalogue and note the products you need. Each product page describes the product, its grade or variety and its pack formats. Prices, minimum order and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Send your requirement
Write to our export team by email: the address is on this page and on the Contact page. Tell us the product, quantity, pack size, destination port or airport, the Incoterm you prefer and any documents your customs authority needs.
Receive a written quotation
Our export team replies by email with a quotation for your quantity and destination. The quotation states the price basis, packing, validity period and payment terms.
Confirm samples and specifications
If you need to check the product first, ask for samples and the specification sheet with your quotation request. Agree the specification and labelling before you confirm the order.
Confirm the order
Confirm the quotation in writing. We issue a proforma invoice with the agreed terms, and production or packing is scheduled once the agreed payment step is complete.
Shipment and documents
Orders ship from Sri Lanka on the agreed Incoterm. The shipping documents agreed at quotation stage are sent to you or your bank so that you can clear the goods at destination.
