1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Truly Ceylon's platform and placing export inquiries or orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable international trade laws.
Truly Ceylon is operated by Red Agri Private Limited, 418/6A, Kulathunga Mawatha, Makumbura, Pannipitiya, Sri Lanka.
2. Export and Payment Terms
Export Protocols
All commercial transactions are governed by Incoterms® 2020 as specified in the formal Proforma Invoice.
- FOB: Liability transfers at Port of Colombo.
- CIF: Under CIF terms the cost basis is set out in the quotation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated in the written quotation and the pro forma invoice for each order.
3. Specification & Disputes
The agreed specification for each order is stated in the quotation. Documents and test reports can be discussed for each order.
Claim Period: Any quality or quantity discrepancies must be reported within the period stated in the quotation. Claims must be supported by photos, third-party inspection reports, and original batch seals.
4. Sample Kits
Sample kits provided via our portal are intended for quality evaluation only and are not for commercial resale. Sample and courier arrangements are confirmed by email for each request.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
