The Department of Cinnamon Development table lists it with a quill diameter of 32 mm, 7 quills of 42 inches to the kilogram and 55% foxing. The same table lists H2 Special at 25 mm and H3 at 38 mm. The Department of Export Agriculture table gives H2 a maximum of 25 mm, so state the diameter you need. Typical uses are cooking, baking, soups, stews, sauces and hot drinks. H2 grade is listed as available on request, and packaging is available on request. Send the grade, quantity, packing and destination port by email from the Contact page or the How to order page.
